Sad News

I’ve just seen that 83-year old Steve Lawrence has been diagnosed with early-stage Alzheimer’s disease. He and his wife Edyie Gorme were an excellent and very popular vocal duo one of the biggest and most in-demand acts in the 60s and 70s, with many TV and Las Vegas appearances. They were a class act in every way, smooth, witty and tasteful. We never have enough of their kind in the world. Godspeed, Steve😢
