On the scale of awesomeness, where does she rate?
I had to laugh.
I was the recipient of a profanity laden attack, merely for stating that Room is the best film of 2015. I had to disengage from it. It's easy to be Chuck Norris behind a computer screen. And attempting to bully me is like trying to bully a block of granite.
I'm going one further: Brie Larson gave the performance of the century as Joy. After watching the film a second time, her performance is worthy of being among the best of all time. I haven't seen Sophie's Choice, I can't comment on it. If the rest she's in the Top 5: Jane Darwell (The Grapes of Wrath), Gloria Swanson (Sunset Boulevard), Katherine Hepburn (A Lion in Winter), Jane Fonda (Klute).
And the kicker is, prior to Room, I knew her only from Craig Ferguson's show.
