Scratch my head every time I see a trailer with her in it

There are a lot of her movies that I haven't seen but she does well in comedies and singing. However, I feel like she is everywhere and I'm not sure why. It's like when Kirsten Stewart was in everything when other people could have played those characters.

Anyway, I watched the trailer for Mr. Right. Did someone in casting think, "who would be perfect to play Sam Rockwell's love interest? oh I know!"

Then I saw her in the accountant trailer. Did someone in casting think, "I know who would play opposite Ben Affleck. Anna Kendrick!"

Then in Cake, "I know who can play the dead girl! Anna Kendrick!"

We already know that she is Joe Swanberg's girl and she is always going to have a role in his movies.

I don't know. Is anyone else scratching their heads?

She never turns down a role.

She does. She just has horrible taste when choosing scripts. The fact that she thought Mike & Dave Need Wedding Dates was a great idea tells you everything you need to know. And that she thinks Joe Swanberg makes good movies. Then there's Get a Job and Rapturepalooza. Atrocious movies that no legit actress should ever be doing. She just has poor taste. She needs better guidance. But I guess in the end she's just gonna do whatever she wants.
