Agree regarding Tina Fey but before she got to be on SNL and not just its head writer she had a major makeover.

Kendrick is not a classic beauty in any sense, especially by Hollywood's definition. That being said I'm glad she, Fey, and all the other "unconventional" looking actresses are finally getting their due.
