Bleeding Eye

I have just watched In Time, and may I say how good it was. All the way through all I could think of was, what I thought to be Vincent in a movie where he plays a guy with a white eye and he appears to bleed from it at one point ans dabs it with a handkerchief. I think he may have been a bad guy. I'm not sure of the movie or actor. Please help as its really bugging me.

Thanks for that, I rang my brother just before you replied and he told me what I was thinking of and I never had time to repost on here.

Yeah, I saw that movie and I never Vincent with a bloody eye.lol

I also thought he was le chiffre from casino royale, came on this board specifically to see if anyone else did.
