Possible Voiceover?

I had to watch this video for a course I'm taking, and when I heard the narrator's voice, I thought it HAD to be Vincent!! The more I listen to that lilt and diction and relaxed tone, the more certain I am! What do you think?: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vaB3K8XuHAU

I haven't been able to find a single credit for this video, nor anything about Vincent doing voiceovers, but this really, really sounds like him.
