Catherine Tate?

I am sure that Toby played a recurring character in the Catherine Tate Show. Or it was his double! It was the character of the wig maker, married to CT who ran the wig making business - wigs for stars and celebrities.

I thought it was hilarious anyway even if it wasn't Toby.

So when I saw Infamous on Sky the other night I thought, wow, he's come a long way! From the CT show to a leading role! And he was brilliant as TC as well!
