Toby Jones for J.Edgar Hoover in Eastwood/Lance-black biopic

Toby Jones is an excellent actor, clearly possesses the chops to pull off such a complicated and interesting character, I cannot think of a better actor to play J.Edgar Hoover in the (currently early stage) biopic.
