I've enjoyed Toby Jones' performances in movies like The Mist and Infamous and Creation ... I just found out that Guillermo Del Toro is directing the film version of Dan Simmons' novel DROOD .... With hair dyed black and a trim beard, Toby would be GREAT in the part of Charles Dicken's friend and collaborator, author Wilkie Collins .... the opium addicted author of The Woman in White and other novels ...The character of Collins narrates the novel Drood ....
