Did he do a short film based on a John LeCarre story?

I was listening to a BBC radio production of The Honorable Schoolboy. There was one story within the story about a translator or radio operator who, during his annual review, slowly admits to having befriended and leaked secrets to a soviet agent while on holiday. I SWEAR I've seen a dramatized version of that starring Toby Jones. please tell me I'm not crazy.
