shareWell the movie series starts with a cop infiltrating the illegal street racing scene and ends with cars literally flying into space while the drivers wear homemade spacesuits....so no, this series is absolutely impossible to follow/understand.
shareNo kidding. It started reasonably well, but whatever the movie was that they were racing a submarince over the ice was the point I started to to go "Hmmmm". The latest one was such a 'jump the shark' s**tfest that I won't be checking out the last two.

I agree. The "Fate of the Furious" is the one that started to insult the audience's intelligence so aggressively it stopped being fun. It wasn't just the submarine sequence that was too much, it was pretty much every action sequence. And the latest one had car swinging from a rope like Tarzan, ugh.
And what is with the naming convention of these movies anyway? Some of them are called Fast and Furious while some are called Furious (insert number here), and the one we're discussing is Fate of the Furious. It's stupid and hard to keep track of which movie is which.
