Why so many shallow comments

Unfortunately, most American men are ignorant asssssholes. Yes, it is kind of sad.

What kind of comments would you prefer? Is she a renowned scientist or philosopher of some kind? Should we be discussing her dissertations on the structure of the sugar-phosphate backbone of DNA or Kantian morality? She's an ok actress who leans heavily on her looks, so that's what gets discussed.

She's a Hollywood actress, not Mother Theresa, so she doesn't deserve respect. She only got where she is because of her jugs.

While I agree, I cannot for the life of me understand why people wonder why other people post shallow comments. Although I am not familiar with "Mad Men", I respect Hendricks' acting abilities, but... Have you looked at her red carpet photos? They look like this:

When a woman's breasts are large like hers, she can't avoid it when her "clothing is always accentuating her breasts", even when she isn't purposefully trying to do so. So what if she shows them off? Doesn't justify some of the more base and disgusting shallow comments that have been directed at her, or other women like her. Women with smaller breasts don't get near the same amount of comments when they wear similar or more revealing outfits.
