Gene Wilder biopic

Wow, I thought I was the only one who sees this. His actions and voice reminds me so much of Gene Wilder. If they ever do a Biopic of Gene he would be perfect.

Yes yes yes!!!!! I just watched Florence Foster Jenkins tonight and the minute I saw him on screen I couldn't help but see him as Gene!

As far as I am aware, Gene Wilder (wonderful though he was) never won any beauty contests. Two of the things he was known for were: (1) his phenomenal talent; (2) his blue, blue eyes.

Simon Helberg qualifies on both counts.

Wow I never noticed until now but yes, outside of the Wolowitz character he does bear a striking resemblance and with the right makeup and hair he'd be a dead (no pun intended) ringer.

Seems fitting considering I've thought for the longest time that Nicolas Cage resembles Mr Wilder.. and of course a coincidence it is because Simon Helberg has been known to resemble Mr Cage.
