It's been announced Richard Hatch has died today.

Rest in Peace. :(

how? What happened? We just heard about this and I was searching the net for this info!

Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. Alec Peters of Star Trek: Axanar found out about it three weeks ago.

A few websites, including Wikipedia, are reporting his death, but a few people are doubting it. No doubt we'll see some official notice soon.

Sorry to hear this. I loved him in both BSG series. I got to meet him in 2006 and he was very friendly. It is a sad day for the sci-fi community.
