Box office?

I don’t understand how people claim that Kevin Hart is box office. Without the Rock he is rather box office poison. For example Night School may have been a solid success but it was no hit. It made $103 million worldwide on a $30 million budget. And Kevin Hart was not the reason for the success, it was simply because of the movie.

For instance and imagine, if you were to replace Kevin Hart in Night School with another black comedian like Chris Rock, Tracy Morgan or Marlan Wayans, ask yourself does the movie have the same amount of success. I think so, if not more.
