Is she a good actress?

I have heard her brought up for a role in a upcoming project the role would be very tough for one the character has no legs below the knees. Second she is split personalities with one being very kind and gentle and the other being a psychotic maniac with a steriotypical southern black voice that needs to be done to sound as though it is being forced. After some time both those personalities disolve into one with a bit from both sides. Needless to say it is a very very tough role and I am unfamiliar with her but she is black and not to old or too young so she fits the bill so far.

What do you guys (and gals) think?

Shes got good range and talent too back it up i'd say shes a good actor.

My mother would show up on time and know all her lines but who wants to pay to see my mother?

I saw her in Mandela. She surprised me. I knew she was good but she's GREAT in that movie.
