Couldn't stand her character in Pirates of the Caribbean with that incredibly annoying accent. And shooting Bond was beyond stupid. Yeah, it was in the script, but she looked like a complete dumbass.
I agree with POTC, but all the sequels blew, as well.
Disagree with Skyfall. She was awesome. You short someone on a moving train, lol. I bet Bond would have shot through her, to get the badguy, personally.

shareI think she was brilliant in Skyfall, regarding her shooting Bond it wasn't her fault, she DID say her shot wasn't clean and she did say she could hit Bond, M ordered her to take the shot three times even though she was told it wasn't clean AND also Eve said she didn't want to take the shot because of the high chance of hitting Bond....so if there was anyone to blame for that incident, it was M...However she should of maybe climbed to the point ABOVE the tunnel and jumped down to assist Bond...but I'm not sure how athletic she was......heck she was an MI6 agent, she had to have been able to do something like that. True her character wasn't the greatest but I think she did a good job regardless.
shareTo each his own, I guess. I actually thought she rocked the character of Tia Dalma, imbued her with just the right dose of mystery and enchantment to make her entirely memorable. Her POTC performance, especially in Dead Man's Chest where she totally nailed her first scene, is one of the reasons I'm a big fan. As for Skyfall, I'm not sure what could be complained about the role. It was well-calibrated and delivered according to the demands of the film.

shareI thought she was terrible in Skyfall. So much so I won't watch Skyfall again and I certainly won't see Spectre. Here's hoping they get rid of her asap.
