Looking For A Movie Jared Harris Starred In.

There is a movie I saw years ago about an Englishman (Character Played By Jared Harris) who moves to China to show films he had made and to continue making films in China. The setting of the movie seemed to be in the late 1800's early 1900's. I believe it was Jared Harris who starred in this movie but I can't find it anywhere on his IMDB site. Maybe I'm loosin' it but I'm pretty sure it was him. I would love to find a DVD or something to have this movie in my collection. Anyone have any ideas out there? Thanks...DR
