The only character from SNL that I liked that could crack me up, no matter how absurd the sketches are. Every time there is a Stefon sketch, I watch only for him to crack up and tell all the hottest places in NY.
shareMy late mother loved that character. I think Bill is very funny, and try to watch him in various things. He's got a fun sense of humor.
