Disney shouldn’t have reinstated him

Disney reinstating Gunn is just as weak as them firing him. It reeks of greed over any kind of values.

Secondly, “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2” sucked. Without Nicole Perlman as a co-writer, Gunn’s film was a treacly, overly-sentimental, self-indulgent mess.

Disney could have found a better director than Gunn, but there was easier money to be made by rehiring a guy they fired. They have to keep releasing these movies ever few months, after all...
