Rachel - It's quite sad when a celebrity acts so rudely towards a fan

My wife went up to her on the street in St. Kilda a suburb of Melbourne in Australia and asked if she could please have a photo (as my wife loves some of her films) her response was just a "NO!" and as she was walking off had the guile to face back and yell out "next time introduce yourself".

If that's not someone caught up in their own self worth I am not sure what is!

Sad as a celebrity taking a photo with a fan who has in no way been rude seems like a pretty easy thing to do.

Rachel I hope one day you read this and just think about the way you treat a fan next time, as a "famous" actress sadly you may get them from time to time and the way you treat them should be with at least a tiny bit of respect.

Well, to be fair, I can see how some actors or actresses have certain experiences with 'fans' that make them leery of every Tom, Dick or Harry that comes up to them.

The fact that she turned around and gave a specific reason means she wasn't just 'brushing you off randomly', but is somewhat unhappy about random people running up and requesting (some may say demanding) for her time.

Obviously few posters who post bad experiences with celebrities are going to admit (or realize) they did anything wrong, so I take every such personal account with a pinch of salt.

Google her and see news stories about countless times she has shown to be pretty darn rude - I've meet quite a few "celebrities" before and never has one just seemed so blatantly obnoxious.

Some of the news stories are about her in her local town of Melbourne just pushing into shopping lines dumb things like that but again shows a sign she thinks she's entitled as a actress to act however she wants.
