short film on the George Washington DVD?

Has anyone ever seen a short film that inspired David Gordon Green, and was added onto the original dvd for His 2000 film George Washington? It was from the 70's I think and it was some young kids chasing a guy in the woods who was wearing a suit, pretty creepy film, am I hallucinating or is someone else familiar with this? I swear I saw it back in the early 2000's Maybe it was on Undertow? I don't know but I want to see it again. Thanks. It was a bonus on the dvd.
