According to British newspaper The Sun, Stephen Graham is to play Ringo Starr in the re-make of The Yellow Submarine.
I think he'll be excellent

Well seeing as they're still casting here in the states, I doubt that that's true. He may get it, but as they're still auditioning, I'd wait for the announcement....

Oh yes, The Sun, that body of fact.....

Really it hasn't been annpunced at all in any of the trades in the US. I'm sure he's very talented and may indeed be a contender for the role, but it's not official because The Sun says so.... Sorry.

That's ok, I was just flagging up the link, not holding it up as proof. Just thought you may be interested. Lots of other sites have picked up on it too.
