Very Impressed...New Fan....

Graham is clearly one of the bright spots on the well written and directed Boardwalk Empire; a show that continues exceeded my expectations. I have been and continue to be impressed with this Graham's performance on the show. I remember him from "Gangs of New York" a while back, but his performance on the HBO hit gives the show added charm. I am sure Marty Scorsese and Terrance Winter have a lot to do with his excellent portrayal of the legendary Al Capone, but they can't do the acting for him. The eye for talent in this show's casting has been remarkable. Will look forward to more work from Stephen Graham in the future.

If you really want to see what Stephen Graham can do, rather than look forward to him in the future, you need to look back in the past a bit and rent 'This is England'. This is no idle recommendation; I'm as serious as one can be when it comes to watching a good actor act good :-) You won't regret it.

Amazing actor; does gangsters very well. He played Baby Face Nelson in Public Enemies, as well currently playing SL Capone in Boardwalk Empire (of course). The scene where Al is attempting to teach his deaf son how to defend himself is one of the most powerful scenes of the whole series. Graham is flawless.
