Scream tv series

The actor who plays Noah, his delivery is the same as Topher's when he played Eric on that 70s show. Anybody else think so? It's literally the same character.

Oh my god!!! I have just started watching the scream tv series on Netflix and I completely agree. The actor who plays Noah is completely, 100% a carbon copy of a young Topher - in both looks and the way he delivers dialogue, even his awkwardness is the same and it's amazing!!
