Plays the same role in every movie!!!

I agree Ryan doesn't show no diversity in the characters he play in all his movies. They all feel the same. I feel like if he was to ever lose control I wouldn't take him seriously, because I been seeing the same old from him for years. In his early career when he was in The Notebook I was a fan of his acting, but seeing him in fracture, Half Nelson, The Place Beyond the Pines, Crazy Stupid love, Drive and Blue Valentine all good movies but same characters from Ryan. Honestly I don't see a lot growth in his acting. And I wouldn't take Ryan Gosling serious as a bad guy in The Place Beyond the Pines he's just a stereotype guy with fake tattoos. It's suck that Jake Gyllenhaal is the same age as Ryan Gosling and doesn't get the attention he deserve. In my opinion Ryan is not in the lead as best actor above and actors underneath him just saying it's a lot of unknown actors even talented then him that got a lot of range and diversity in different characters. He just one of them actors in watchable movies until the next. But theirs nothing special about the characters he plays in the movie.

I agree. There are so many more talented, underrated actors around the same age as Gosling that don't get the recognition they deserve.

Exactly Ryan Gosling play to many safe roles he doesn't let loose which is why I'm not a fan. I'm not impress with his acting skills I like Al pacino skills or anyone that's in character not playing them self. Theirs a lot of non Hollywood actors/ actresses that's talented that don't get that opportunity because they shove the same actors and that's the sad thing about Hollywood. Theirs a lot non Hollywood actors I like that more talented than Ryan but they struggle the hardest because people pay less attention.

Disagree mostly, sorry. (Now kif he were to do a series of live Scooby Doo movies then it would be the same). I agree too but still enjoy him.
