If a Simon and Garfunkel biopic was made, I think Joseph Gordon-Levitt would be the perfect choice for Paul Simon. Giovanni Ribisi could play Garfunkel with Natalie Portman as Simon's ex-wife Carrie Fisher (bit of Star Wars meta-casting). Just my thoughts. What do you think?

I don't understand your reasoning here, because for one, J G-L is about 7" taller than Simon. I would probably choose Peter Dinklage to play him.
