Ugh. I discovered him on 3rd rock from the sun and I admit had a lil celeb crush. But I have talked to ppl that have met him and read numerous accounts regarding the way he treats his fans. The conclusion I came to is that he doesn't care about his fans and clearly needs an attitude readjustment.

A bit of the old ultraviolence...
I don't get this whole "I gotta, just gotta meet {insert name of celebrity here}". I know it's been a part of Hollywood since the beginning, autographs, selfies and all that, but I just can't understand how meeting a celebrity for a minute holds any attraction for anyone at all.
It's been established, time and time again that these people are not super-human, they make mistakes and have bad days jlike anyone. And I feel like, in most of the posts like this, complaints that so and so Is not nice, that said "fan" is just hassling the celebrity.
I've been a huge Speingsteen fan since before I can remember, I've head over and over what a great guy he is. I have not the slightest inclination to meet him. He just held a book signing near me, could have met him if I wanted, but had no desire. His music is the only thing I care about. When I buy a record Or a ticket, all he "owes" me is his best effort at what I admire him for. And he has rarely, if ever, let me down.
I don't know why fans think these actors or whatever owe them anything but a good performance. I don't know if people post complaints thinking JGL will see said post and change his attitude, but my suggestion would be that if you're a "fan" of his for any reason other than his acting, you're in it for the wrong reasons anyway, in fact you're not a "fan" at all. He doesn't owe you anything.
Personally, I find him grating and a bit smug, which is why I came here, to see the general perception of him.
