Why not make a Nightwing movie
He played Robin (basically) in the Dark Knight, should have made a Nightwing movie starring him.
shareI don't understand why they would set up the ending for him like that, and not continue the lucrative franchise.
It's so easy to make more sequels transitioning JGL's Robin to a character that fights crimes as Batman like Nightwing, is more brutal like Azareal, then Batman comes back to train him properly, and as they fight one of Batman's adversaries, he gets throw into a chemical vat filled with Scarecrow's toxin and becomes Red Hood to covering the scars, then the New Joker, like Jason Todd. He meets Harley Quinn while hospitalized from the mental and physical trauma and she gets him to remove the hood and embrace looking like a clown.
He vows to get Batman because he blames him for allowing him to fall into the vat. Perhaps it was a Good Son moment and Batman was holding on to both JGL and Catwoman and he tells Robin to use his belt to grapple during the fall, but Catwoman rips Robins belt off when Batman lets go.
That's like 3 sequels of events right there.
