Matthew is leaving Good Wife

Hey girlie-25. He may be doing guest spots- we don't know yet. Finn is a gem of man. Love him.

BTW - I feel the same way about Downton - have avoided being a regular watcher up until the Christmas special - now I have no choice!

LOL,read tumblr so true,Jeffrey is no Matthew Goode. What a mistake the Good Wife made letting Matthew go. Loved him as Finn on the Good Wife. I have read fans saying on sites they are not going to watch the Good Wife because they let Matthew go as Finn. They are complaining also they do not like the Michael J Fox character who is going to be the new partner of Alicia(Julianna M) They find his character annoying. Actually his character always was a pain LOL. Oh well maybe if fans complain enough and say they want Matthew back as Finn maybe they will bring him back for some more episodes. That's the least they can do for us. *sigh*

I loved his character Finn. He was such a sweet, funny, adorable man. So supportive, caring and generally gorgeous. Did you see this article on Buzzfeed about why he would make the best boyfriend?

My only solution for the lack of Finn is to write endless fan fic - then I can make him and Alicia do what I want! ; ))

Oh well - it's official - we have heard direct from Matthew that he is not returning to the Good Wife - even for guest spots. When asked "Are you finished with The Good Wife?" He answered -
"Yes. I thought it was a good time to leave. I wanted to come back to England and wanted my kids to go to school here. It's a great show but I don't like being stuck in the same part."

I'll miss his quirky, adorable faces and voice like velvet. Luckily we will get to see/hear him in other projects.

Would love a show like that starring Matthew as the Good Husband. I would watch it all the time and would buy the dvd of it when it would come available. Yay!
