In the "biography" section, I read that Mr. Goode is married and has two daughters who are about seven and three, as of 2015-16. His wife was expecting a son that was due in August 2015. I would appreciate having this part of the "biography" section updated.

sharesksolomonb,I would appreciate having this part of the "biography" section updated.Most informations here on IMDb - such as this biographical detail regarding Matthew Goode - are user-based/-generated. Meaning, when no user added the birth of his third child to his page until now this info won't appear on his page! IMDb doesn't pay anyone to update this kind of information - a user like me or you or anyone else with an IMDb account has to do it!
You can do it yourself by going to his main page here:

At the top of the page, when the "biography" ends, click on the link "See full bio", and you get to this page:

Then click on the link "Edit" in the right upper corner, and you'll get to this page:

Now you can select "Add 1 item" in the right menu next to the word "Trivia" - and click "Continue" at the bottom of the page. On the next page, you can add the new info about the birth of Matthew Goode's third child and then you can submit it (if everything is alright, you can submit it immediately - otherwise you have to correct your info).
It takes some time for the IMDb team to process your changes (around 1 to 14 days), but after a while, the new info will appear here on IMDb.
That's, basically, how IMDb works.
