With the military need for personel at this time they may accept him with open arms. But after they knock the soap out of his hands in the shower.

It's not slang. It refers to ppl who are more likely to grab and invade a smaller and weaker person sexually thru their private areas while not showing any interest in the flat feet! It could also be a white aggressor or group!

Well if the Army and Marine reject David and his flat feet then the police ought to welcome him with open arms because they could always use another good flat foot.
