Who was he in Super 8?

Who was he in Super 8? I saw the movie a few years ago I only saw it once does anyone remember which scene he was in?

He played a stoner his characters name was Donny. Its been a couple years since I saw this as well but if I remember right his time on screen was about 10 minutes total.
