a dumb kid. Does he not have the ability to act like a grown man? Is it because he's short or what?

How is he acting like a teenager?

It's not as if turning 40 means you start acting like a Senior citizen... People in their 40's and 50's (and some beyond) still like to drink and go on trips or go to concerts.
