Nick Frost sighting??? Uncredited?

Hey all,

I was watching Sleepy Hollow (1999 with Johnny Depp) and could swear I saw Nick Frost.

He is the carriage driver that comes to pick up Crane(Depp) about 30 min before the end of the film. Crane later steals the carriage and we see him run out of an ally with his pants down.

Anyone able to confirm? Think its him or just a dude looks like him?
