Middle-earth Limited Edition Box Set... $800???

This looks like an amazing set, but how in the world would they justify $800? Doubtful that that price will stand.

If it included new material from the footage Peter Jackson has talked about being in the vaults I'd probably fork out the $800 without batting an eye. But for the same stuff I already have plus a few admittedly quite nice collectables? I don't think so.
