...and which would you recommend? For a fairly major star of her era, I have seen relatively few of her movies, and most of those were her brief early roles. Does anyone have any recommendations for her best movies?

Thanks so much for this list - some interesting sounding movies, and a couple I really should have seen by now (Gunfight is one of the few major Burt Lancaster films which has so far evaded me).
When you're a teen, finding privacy is often difficult. ;) Kept the drive-ins in business.
Yeah, Gunfight was pretty well done as I recall. I remember we used to watch it on television as kids and then try to re-enact with toy guns.
