Needs a tan

She looks extremely sickly. Possibly she has AIDS or she is a gaming troll living in her parents basement, either way, try to get outside for a moment. Poor casting choice for a woman apparently living in the Middle East. Not good looking by any stretch but not terribly ugly, only somewhat.
