He should play Nathan Drake in an Uncharted movie.

If they ever make one. The character of the video game was actually modeled after Nathan Fillion. The attitude the voice the look.

Plus it would give him a reason to get into tremendous shape and lose the flab.

In the last video game Nathan is already in his early 40's. Retired. If the movie takes place after uncharted 4 that would be awesome.

This needs to happen.

Yes!!! I thought the same thing. Don't base it off a previous games just previous characters.

YES! This needs to happen and should happen now that Castle has ended.

Totally agree would be perfect .

Yes!
Having just watched Hooten & The Lady, which is a subpar Uncharted tv series with a male lead who is basically the same age as Nathan Fillion, I really think he could play Drake.

I wondered if he was to old but no, he'd be perfect.
A retired Drake pulled back into the adventure game (akin to the last videogame) would be brilliant.

I couldn't agree more. I heard somewhere Drake's character was based off Fillion. Time wise I'm not sure how it fits, but it is insane how much they are alike.

I was thinking the same thing having an old 'Nathan' Drake played by 'Nathan' Fillion, he doesn't even have to be the main character.
His daughter could be the main character, with Drake coming out of retirement to help her, or something like that.

You know, I can't stand Hollywood movies for the most part, and I especially can't stand video game movies, but Uncharted is special and Nathan Fillion is Nathan Drake in my eyes. I made the connection since the first game.

Apparently the script has been completed for the Uncharted movie. If they are smart they will ask Fillion to star. It's literally the only shot at making this movie interesting. Not even Michael Fassbender could save Assassin's Creed. Uncharted is the type of movie that could turn into an epic franchise with Fillion as the lead. Anybody else would seem nothing like Nathan Drake. Nathan Fillion and Nathan Drake are almost the same person, personality wise. Heck, even the mannuerisms are the same...

This could be the new Indiana Jones, but we all know that they will hire someone with ZERO charisma and do a huge disservice to Nathan Drake and the franchise. That's Hollyweird for you.

Don't think they're that much alike. Drake is much more lighthearted than Fillion in the humor department when he smiles and such, while Fillion's characters are more arrogant and rarely laughs themselves. Plus the two don't look that much alike, Drake looks Italian.
