Colin's Inspiration

It really touched my heart hearing about Colin's oldest son and what an inspiration he is. It's easy to see what a proud dad he is, just by the way his face lights up when he talks about both of his sons.

For anyone who doesn’t know, Colin’s oldest son has a rare condition called Angelman Syndrome.

The organization that Colin has spoken about is called FAST – Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics. If you would like to read more about it, support it or pass it on, here is the link:

This organization not only helps to support families but is working to find a cure.

The challenges these beautiful children face, doing every day things most of us take for granted and yet they have this incredible inner strength and indomitable spirit. We all could learn a lot from them.

Just a tip for anyone who shops at Amazon. If you go to http://smile.amazon.com/, Amazon will donate a percentage of your purchase to the organization of your choice and Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics is on the list.

Colin has done a lot to raise awareness regarding Angelman Syndrome. I'd never heard of it until he talked about James.

And thanks for that link on Amazon. I order from them regularly and will certainly do my bit.

I am also a frequent customer on Amazon. I will certainly forward a contribution during my next order. I had no idea about that donation program.

I love his interaction with the kids.

That's such a moving photo.

But looks like there was also time for a little fun. Love the one with the two women kissing him on the cheek.

How could anyone not be moved by these?

Yes, he has.

You're welcome for the Amazon link. I just found it recently myself. So nice to hear you will be using it. It's always great to see caring people with big hearts here on IMDB.
