reading her book made me not like her

as much.

Why?

reply

i'm trying to remember. i don't think the book is at the bookstore anymore, maybe i'll try to read some blurbs from it online later when i'm at work. i just remember she said something superficial or air-headed that made it clear that dating her would be irritating.

I’m curious about why she left Mom. I wonder if she got jealous of the attention Allison Janey got. I think she was originally the star but it became a co-lead situation.

I read on Crazy Days and Nights that Pratt only married her to climb up and that he’s really into very young women/girls.

I also read here, I think, something about them dumping a Chihuahua and a cat. As an animal lover that made me sick.

reply

if she did that to the animals then i dislike her more.

I'm not sure how he could possibly climb up by marrying her when she was a C-list actress at best. I mean really, what has she done that has been significant? Other than maybe, "Mom".

I don’t know really. She was fairly well known though from the Scary Movie franchise and her role in Friends and other stuff. She definitely had connections though and I think his career took off after they got together. Was it bc of her? I don’t know.

I do remember seeing an interview with them where he mentioned something about being married to her and how lucky that made him because of her fame. I found it a bit odd, but it was when Mom had become a big hit, and right before he got big.

It really come's down to we know nothing about "celebrities" and their lives. If he really meant what he said that he was lucky because of her fame then I can see where that would be a very odd and selfish thing to say.

*shrugs* Who knows.

Take care :)

reply

He didn’t actually use the word fame. It was more like: “Well, I mean she’s ANNA FARIS, come on...”

reply

Heh, and I bet everyone in the room thought.. "Yeah?" "And?" "Who?"

😀😃😃😄😄😁😁

You don’t know who she is? Have you heard of the show Mom? It’s pretty big.

reply

I do know who she is. I was making a joke because she is not a major actress. Yeah Mom is big but that's also, and probably more so, because of Allison Janney.

And if you don't believe that then take a look at this page that shows all the Emmy noms and awards:

Not really

reply

She seems very similar to her character from "Mom".

reply

I haven't read her book, but I have seen her in various interviews. I can see why her ex left her and moved onto someone else really fast.

reply

I am curious as to why one would want to read a book about/by her.

reply

my reasoning is because i was working at the bookstore and the book was there.

reply

I can live with that.
