Possibly. There's a decent amount of evidence in Season 6 that it could still happen.

*SEASON 6 GOT SPOILERS FOLLOW*

Jon Snow's resurrection reminds us, after seeing something similar from the Brotherhood without Banners in season 3, that such things are possible from followers of the Lord of Light.

The sudden appearance of Benjen Stark up north and Edmure Tully in the south shows a willingness to revisit past characters we haven't seen for three or more seasons. Benjen in particular was a subplot from the books that the show seemed to have skipped, but merely moved to later in the narrative.

Speaking of which, it seemed like the Riverrun plotline from the books had been skipped entirely, as it's been two and a half seasons since we'd heard anything from that region. But now we get the return of the Blackfish and the return of Walder Frey, and thank God, since with Joffrey and Tywin Lannister's deaths, Walder is now the show's most hissable villain. Cersei doesn't really cut it in that regard. She was always better when dealing with King Robert of Joffrey.

So with Jaime and Brienne heading to the Riverlands, I think we'll see either the return of Lady Stoneheart, or Brienne making the kills out of justice that Stoneheart did out of vengeance.

Also Thoros is going to be back but i haven't heard anything about Beric returning. I really hope LSH happened. I get not including her before because it would have took away the shock value of Jon's resurrección, but now is the perfecto time for her to be back. Plus Catelyn's death appeared in Brann's visión and they said they choose every imagen in the visión carefully, so i assume it was in there for a reason.

They are definitely doing it, there's been far too much buildup towards it thus far. The only question is when not if as far as I'm concerned.

It wouldn't be that difficult to find out if Fairley's shot anything with GoT last summer, surely.
