Favourite Scenes

I was just messing around on Youtube watching airplanes and stuff and my home page suggested this. I'd forgotten how much I loved this scene. It's a bit of a tear jerker. I wasn't sure what thread to put it in then I thought it wouldn't be a totally crap idea to have a thread for favourite scenes or just any scenes we like.

So ladies and gentlemen I give you the closing scene of Before We Go.

edit x2 Ar, this is the third link to a YT post of this scene. The first one had an annoying box put up in the last moments ruining it. The next one was longer and OK but the lip movements were out of synch. I'll this try one!

edit x3 If you check out just below you'll see I've gone back to the original link

Good morning.

What a great idea. I could keep this going forever. The first scene that sprang to mind was this. I am in a bit of a rush and this is the best version I could find. It's a bit jerky but you'll get the gist.

Now you're just playing with my emotions. I had to go and eat chocolate (it is my drug of choice) because of all the feels in this scene. You cut off before that amazing kiss however. It was a heck of a kiss!

I really ended up REALLY liking this movie. This last scene was very well crafted, he was able to say so much to her through that "phone call" that he never would have said otherwise.

Warming up the DVD player to watch again!!!

You're right! OK. I am now going to go back to the original link I put with the annoying box at the end because all in all it's the best one I've found so far! Enjoy the kiss. 

I'm going to respond to your other post http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0262635/board/flat/258715071?p=5&d=264202351#264202351 here because I don't want to keep bumping up the Jenny Slate thread.

Yes, maybe there's something about The Evans that brings out the protective side of people. I get it in a couple of ways. I get defensive like you and have even been known to publicly defend him when I could actually kick him in the balls for what he's done! That's loyalty for you. The other side to the paternal thing is pride! Like watching that Before We Go clip and reading the nice comments I'm mentally giving him a big man-hug and saying 'I'm SO proud of you!!'

As I said, I'm seeking treatment. 

I love this movie too. I had to stop watching that last scene as it makes me cry, I agree about the phone call. I wish that more people got to watch this, got to see what he can do when he's not Cap - we all know it, but others don't!!

As for my favourite scene - a tough one as there's so many to choose from. My OH loves the 'Star Spangled Man' musical number but I don't very much, not sure why!

I think I'll have to go for this one from The Losers:

I think Bss you posted this not too long ago as part of a compilation for someone who wanted a crash course on Chris Evans but I love it so I'm posting it again.

From Puncture, the I'll clean myself up scene. It's so good.
