He stayed at his post when all the trainees ran.

He was on TV some time ago (I think E channel) and he does the Comic Book Con circuit, but not recently obviously. My guess that he will still do that but I think he retired from acting and lives in Texas.

I was just watching him on an old episode of Emergency! where he played a little kid who was drunk after drinking a small bottle of vodka.
