Arms on his waist / hips stance

Did anyone notice how he did this in two films this year, Batman vs Superman and Cafe Society? Standing with closed fists resting on his waist or hips. At first I thought it was meant to be a characteristic of his portrayal of Lex Luthor in BvS but when I saw him do it again in Cafe Society it was a little distracting; even if only for a few scenes later in the movie. I guess it could just be some acting / body language gesture he is trying out, unless he has done this in other movies too?

Here is a picture showing what I am talking about http://stock-image.mediafocus.com/images/previews/business-man-fists-hips-yelling-clipart-47052006.jpg (minus the yelling of course)

Just caught me as kind of curious and interesting.

Now that you mention it, he also does it in The Social Network, which came out many years ago.

I have to see that movie again, I completely forgot about that. But there's definitely a pattern then.
