Underrated actor; other movie recommendations?

This dude is cool, and I really liked him in Pacific Rim and 13 Hours. He even made Spectral half decent. I know he's in a lot of shows but I don't watch TV much, so what movies are there with him where he plays similar characters? I have also seen him in Saving Private Ryan and Captain Phillips.
