I've read that she is currently dating actor Scott Foley, best known as Jennifer Garner's ex-husband. Is this true?

Yes it is true, according to an article in People magazine. Here is an extraction of that article: "Foley surely isnt crying in his gunny sack. "Scott is amazing, says his girlfriend of 2 years, actress Marika Dominczyk (TVs Heist). Says Foley: "I feel the same way about her.""
