My 13 year old son (and fellow Voyager fan) thought that it was Roxann Dawson in the "Neet" commercial that Alyssa Milano is in. So, yeah, you're not the only one.

Agreed...although she didn't have nearly as much fashion sense. I was watching the special features on the dvd's of voyager and I just kept thinking "That's hideous even for the 90's"

I've always thought that too. Not only do they look alike but they have similar facial expression when they speak. And her main photo here makes her look even more like Alyssa.

I could see them playing sisters... and with the overlap, kind of surprised that hasn't happened...
