The last time she portrayed a real person was as a very miscast Dolores Huerta in Chavez which didn't even make half it's money back and Dawson ended up turning against her because she supported Hilary Clinton and not Bernie Sanders during last years run up to the election. Her comments angered many supporters of Ms. Huerta including the Chavez family, I dare say from what you've written that Ms. Dawson would think twice about saying something to upset this Donna Hylton!
This doesn't sound like something people will pay money to see, why do they even bother to waste money on crap they know in advance won't make it's money back? considering Rosario Dawson isn't even a B-Listed actress anymore.
Yet I heard she turn down the chance to play her porn lookalike the legendary Vanessa Del Rio, something that was requested by not only her fans but Del Rio herself! Go figure that one out?
