This guy being the nephew of someone on the administration is the only logical explanation of why someone would give him a work cleaning windows of cars or as an actor.

You might be on to something. Or he has pictures of someone. Used to be you had to be either attractive or talented to make it in show business. He has proven this to not be the case.
